Products

The photographs of the objects and bouquets are indicative. The size of each product is indicated in the product description. The types of flowers and their nuances vary depending on the season and market availability. First quality flowers are used and worked by experienced florists.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sales contracts of the products on the website www.lamenagere.it are considered concluded at the moment when the purchase order is received by the customer and is accepted by E&A Factory srl.
E&A Factory srl will promptly send the customer the receipt of the purchase order made by the customer. The customer, by sending his purchase order online, declares that he has read and accepted these general terms and conditions and undertakes to observe and respect them in his relations with E&A Factory srl.

COSTUMER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obliged, before submitting his purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale. The submission of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance. The Customer is obliged, finally, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion of the contract.

DEFINITION OF THE ORDER
By sending the order online, the Customer sends to E&A Factory srl a proposal to purchase the product and/or products in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale.
E&A Factory srl will communicate to the Customer the acceptance and the confirmation of the order.

Purchase mode

From the website: The customer buys the product, whose characteristics are illustrated on-line in the relative descriptive and technical cards, to the price indicated into it to which the delivery costs specified on the site are added. Before submitting the purchase order, the cost of the chosen product, the total cost if other services have been added and the related delivery costs are summarized. Once the purchase order has been placed, the customer will receive from E&A Factory srl an e-mail confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information on the main characteristics of the purchased goods, a detailed indication of the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes and means of payment.

Deliveries

Orders of dried flowers and fresh flowers are accepted for delivery in the city of Florence and neighboring municipalities (Fiesole, Bagno a Ripoli, Antella, Grassina, Scandicci). Flower delivery requires a lot of care and must ensure the arrival of a fresh commodity. For this reason it is performed by us or by one of our representatives.
Orders are prepared during the normal opening hours of the store and for this reason most deliveries are made in the afternoon only on the available dates of the booking calendar. From Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30, you can request a VIP delivery service, at extra cost, to ensure delivery at a specific time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the address, house number and telephone numbers indicated are correct and complete.
We cannot accept any responsibility for delays or non-delivery following incorrect or incomplete indications.
Only one delivery attempt will be made on the requested date.
Orders requested for the following holidays: Valentine’s Day; Women’s Day; Easter; Mother’s Day; Christmas; New Year’s Day, due to the important volume of deliveries may undergo changes.
For deliveries in hotels, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, churches and generally in all places where it is not possible to deliver the floral gift directly to the recipient, E&A Factory srl is authorized to leave it to the local staff.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Most deliveries are made in the afternoon only on the available dates of the booking calendar. Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30.
In the event of the recipient’s absence: An attempt will be made to call the number provided. If the recipient answers this call and is unable to receive their delivery, they will be informed of the option to pick up their package within 48 hours from our store. A second delivery point close to the established one (neighbor’s house, concierge, etc.) can be arranged with the recipient. If the recipient is not reachable by phone on the scheduled delivery day, a voicemail or paper message will be left to notify them of the failed delivery and the possibility of picking up the package within 48 hours from our store.

In case of absence of the recipient: An attempt will be made to call the given number. If the recipient responds to this call and is unable to receive your delivery will be informed of the possibility of withdrawal within 48 hours at our store. A second delivery point close to the delivery point (neighbour, doorman, etc.) may be agreed with the recipient. In the event that the recipient is not reached by phone on the day of delivery, a voice mail, a telephone message or an email to the recipient will be left to indicate where the gift was left. If the courier considers that there are no ideal conditions to leave the gift at the indicated address, the recipient will be informed of the possibility of collecting it within 48 hours at the store.

Return & refunds

For the Products offered of a non-perishable nature, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
For the products of a perishable nature, for example flowers and food related ones, can not be returned and no refunds are accepted.
After this withdrawal period, no product can be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
PayPal: We accept payments via PayPal, the fast and reliable way to buy online in a few clicks. The transaction will take place on the Paypal platforms and the credit card data will be processed exclusively by PayPal for the necessary checks to authorize the online payment. E&A Factory srl will then manage only the data of the buyer (name, surname, address…) necessary to send the invoice for the purchase made and to manage the delivery of the floral gift to the address of the recipient indicated in the order.
Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and postepay), rechargeable cards (Postepay and similar). The transaction with the cards listed above will be performed directly on the STRIPE platform thus ensuring maximum security and confidentiality of data.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Edit: An order can be modified up to the working day before the delivery date, by sending an email with the order number to info@lamenagere.it. The requested change must be validated by one of our staff.
Cancel: An order can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the delivery date by e-mail: info@lamenagere.it. The requested change must be validated by one of our staff.


PURCHASE OF VOUCHERS AND WORKSHOPS

1. Acceptance of Terms:
Purchasing workshops on our e-commerce website https://www.lamenagere.it implies unconditional and total acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
